Counseling and therapy services are part of our growing continuum of outpatient treatment programs. Counseling and therapy may be available in many formats.
Evidence-based behavior and/or cognitive therapy approaches represent the foundation of our counseling and therapy practice. Following an assessment and collaborative development of goals with the individual, sessions will typically occur one to two times per week in an interactive and dynamic environment.
Treatment will vary in the level of frequency and intensity based upon the individual’s needs, and is provided in coordination with other services the person may be involved in.
We provide comprehensive, individualized treatment for adults, adolescents and children that are built around a person-centered plan.
